All our rooms have independent heating thermostats, W.C.,satelite T.V., telephone with wake-up call service, free Internet WiFi conection, working desk and PVC windows that mitigate 37 db of exterior sound.
We have different kinds of rooms available, Singles, Double/Twins and Triples, with the possibilitiy to add an extra bed in some of them.
This rooms are divided into Interior and Exterior ones. The interior rooms have a window to a small ventilation courtyard. And the exteriors have a window/s to the main street or to the parking back side.

In summer 2009 we have renewed some rooms, the called Superior rooms, with AIR CONDITIONING, better soundproofed, updated decor, Flat LCD TV with more number of channels, wooden floor, closed cabinets and reading lamps with led guiding light. This new kind of room is for NON SMOKERS.
