Conditions of purchase
- Credit or debit card information is used only to guarantee your booking and for purposes related to cancellation policies and conditions.
- By making a booking, the client accepts these conditions and, in the event of incurring in any of the above conditions, authorizes the amount mentioned in the conditions to be charged to the card provided.
- The hotel reserves the right to check the card prior to the client's arrival and/or charge the full amount of the stay from the expected arrival time when the client has not arrived at the hotel and has not notified of the delay.
- Booking requiring prepayment will be charged to the card.
- Booking will be officially confirmed at the time of the charge.
- The hotel has covered parking for an additional fee to the booking price.
- Pets are allowed, maximum 2 per room, and they have an additional cost to the booking.
- All bookings will have to pay a tourist tax of €1.57 per person per night, for the first 7 nights of stay, from the age of 16. (It is not included in the reserved price).
- Parking is subject to an additional charge, payable directly upon arrival at the hotel.
CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS:
- As long as it is not a special date*, you can cancel without charges up to 1 day before the arrival date.
- If you cancel outside the established period, make changes or do not show up, 100% of the booking will be charged.
*Booking and Cancellation Policy for SPECIAL DATES:
*On special dates, cancellations can be made free of charge up to 10 days before arrival, after which the cancellation fee will be 100% of the booking.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATES:
- Discounted rate requires a non-refundable prepayment of 100% of the total booking. No changes or refunds allowed.
