What is a promotional code and what is it used for?

With a discount code or promotional code, you will get other benefits in addition to the basic rate conditions.

How to use?

If you already have a code, enter it in the Promotional Code field and start the booking process. If the reservation meets the conditions of the code, it will be automatically applied to the reservation.

General conditions of use:

  • A promotional code can only be applied to the accommodation and board portion of your reservation.
  • Any discounts associated with your promotional code cannot be applied to the complementary product portion of the booking.
  • Only one promotional code can be applied to a reservation.
  • Hotel Pyrénées reserves the right to apply or not a promotional code.
  • In addition to the general terms of use, each promotional code has specific conditions. These conditions can be viewed on the information page of the campaign or offer related to the code (for example, the expiration dates of the code).

Breakfast

Breakfast at Hotel Pyrénées consists of an open buffet, including fruit juice, coffee, tea, milk, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, pastries, different types of bread, cold cuts, cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. We also offer Iberian ham, omelette or fried eggs for an additional price.

  • Access to breakfast will be in shifts, with the option to choose between 4 time slots, within the service hours of 7:30 to 11:00.
  • These shifts can only be booked at the hotel reception upon your arrival.
  • If you check out before 7:30, we offer you a cafeteria service from 7 am or a takeaway breakfast service, which must be reserved the day before.
  • We also have some gluten-free products (on request the day before).
  • The hotel staff will be at your service for any questions or additional information.
