What is a promotional code and what is it used for?

With a discount code or promotional code, you will get other benefits in addition to the basic rate conditions.

How to use?

If you already have a code, enter it in the Promotional Code field and start the booking process. If the reservation meets the conditions of the code, it will be automatically applied to the reservation.

General conditions of use:

  • A promotional code can only be applied to the accommodation and board portion of your reservation.
  • Any discounts associated with your promotional code cannot be applied to the complementary product portion of the booking.
  • Only one promotional code can be applied to a reservation.
  • Hotel Pyrénées reserves the right to apply or not a promotional code.
  • In addition to the general terms of use, each promotional code has specific conditions. These conditions can be viewed on the information page of the campaign or offer related to the code (for example, the expiration dates of the code).

Breakfast

Breakfast at the Hotel Pyrénées consists of an all-you-can-eat buffet, including fruit juice, coffee, tea, milk, cereal, fruit, yogurt, pastries, various types of bread, cold cuts, cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages. Iberian ham, omelet, or fried eggs are also available for an additional fee.

  • Breakfast will be served in shifts, with a choice of four time slots, within the service hours of 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • These appointments will be reserved exclusively at the hotel reception upon your arrival.
  • If your departure is before 7:30 a.m., we offer a cafeteria service starting at 7 a.m. or a takeaway breakfast service, which must be reserved the day before.
  • We also have some gluten-free products available (please request the day before).
  • The hotel staff will be at your service for any questions or additional information.
