Payment at the hotel

One of the main advantages of booking directly on the official website of Hotel Pyrénées (and not through intermediaries) is that payment is always made on site and not in advance.*

Although a credit or debit card number is requested during the booking process, the hotel does not charge any fees. The card details are used only to guarantee your booking and for purposes related to the cancellation policies and conditions detailed during the process.

The card details are not stored on the server, but are sent directly and securely to the hotel.

Once at the hotel and upon check-in, the client may pay in cash or with Visa or Euro/Mastercard.
